Returns & Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with Norwegian consumer law.
To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition

• The return must be requested within 14 days of delivery

Returns must be sent to the return address provided after contacting customer service.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you and process your refund within 14 days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Please note that it may take some additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Handmade products
All items are handmade. Minor variations in color, shape, or texture may occur and are part of the product’s unique character and do not constitute a defect.
